As you may know from our previous newsletters, we’ve been working on the sanctuary extension to welcome more elephants.

Today, the challenge is still there and are seeking additional funding to help this expansion. The funds will help us:

- Continue fencing the new outdoor enclosures

- Extend water and electricity supply to the new areas

- Build a second barn

- Construct a caregivers' area and storage facilities for hay, equipment, agricultural tools, food, and more

Thanks to your generosity, here's what we’ve achieved so far:

- Created an access road

- Advanced on the necessary autorisations

- Installed and aligned fence posts for the 4 outside enclosures and finished the first one which is connected to the outside enclosure of Delhi and Gandhi
